Feel the speed at Sydney Sundown

Round 2 of the Hi-Tec Oils Super Series takes place at Sydney Motorsport Park later this week, from Friday May 30 – Saturday May 31, it is affordable racing for the whole family to attend, even in the comfort of your own vehicle.
Yes, at Sydney Motorsport Park, fans can get right next to the track as part of the free park and view offering, drive your car in and park on the hillsides for no additional charge.
Both Friday and Saturday are full days of racing action, with on track entertainment starting early in the morning and running well into the night.
Sydney Sundown showcases nine racing categories, including some notable national championships and a state level series.
National categories include the loud and powerful TA2 Muscle Car Series, pocket rocket Legend Cars Australia Series and will also feature the Super Series debut of the Australian Production Car Series.
There will be three open-wheel series, the Formula Ford Stars and Renegades Series, Australian Drivers’ Championship and Australian Formula Vee.
The big banging Aussie built Innovation Race Cars will also be on show along with Australian Super Tin Tops.
The sole state category is Replica Tourers, which makes its first trip interstate as a series.
The costs to attend and see all of this hi-octane action as a fan is very affordable, whether you are attending Sydney Sundown solo, or with the whole family.
A general admission tickets on Friday cost just $20 for anyone 16 and over, and only $30 on Saturday, a discounted price for a two-day pass will get you in the gates on both days for just $40, that’s $40 for 28 hours of on-track action across the two days!
The day starts at 8.30am on Friday and runs until 10.10pm, similarly the day ignites at 8.30am on Saturday, finishing a touch later at 10.20pm.

The general admission ticket does more than just get you in the venue, this gives you free access to the pit straight grandstand, giving fans a comfortable and sheltered vantage point to watch all of the action unfold.
Additionally, it also provides free admission to the pit and paddock area, allowing passionate race fans the opportunity to meet the drivers, get a selfie and see the racing cars up close.
As stated earlier for no additional charge fans are given the opportunity to drive their motor vehicles around the outside of the circuit to find the best possible vantage point.
